This group is designed for women who want to learn how to lift weights and plug into a supportive community that will guide, encourage, and empower them.
Whether you’re brand new to strength training or returning after a break, this is the perfect place to get started and build confidence.

LIFT is a judgment-free, beginner-friendly space for every woman — all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels.
No experience necessary! Come as you are. Leave stronger.

Meet inside the gym by the mirror next to the weights.
You’ll see the group gathered—just walk over and join us!

💳 Membership Requirement

An NZone membership is required to participate.
Cost: $20 per month.
The front desk can get you signed up quickly if you don’t have one yet.

💪 What to Expect

No experience necessary!!
Just come ready to move, sweat, and have fun.

We will be using:
• Free weights
• Weight machines
• Basic strength-training movements

Everything will be explained step-by-step, and you can go at your own pace.
