Ever walked into the gym and felt unsure about what to do or how to use the machines?
This LIFT workshop for women is designed to help you build confidence in the gym by learning how to properly use equipment and understand the basics of strength training in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
Whether you’re brand new to the gym or just want to feel more comfortable using machines, this session will give you the guidance and hands-on experience to get started.
## What You'll Learn
- How to properly use common gym machines
- How to adjust machines to fit your body
- Proper lifting technique and form basics
- What exercises target different muscle groups
- How to move with more confidence in the gym
## What to Expect
This is a small group, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn by doing.
A certified personal trainer, Anna Clough, will demonstrate how to use machines and guide you through proper form so you can feel confident and safe while training.
The environment is supportive, welcoming, and judgment-free — designed specifically for women who are learning.
