In Living Life, we come together to support one another while learning and practicing skills to improve our mental wellbeing.

Connect: With each other and God to lay the foundation for mutual-support through dialogue, prayer, and exercises, which will help us live more peaceful, hopeful, and joyous lives.
Develop skills: To better live with struggles such as depression, anxiety, relational conflict, workplace struggles, and the challenges of day-to-day living.
Facilitators: co-facilitated by Kevin Jones, a mental health Counselor (PLPC) and Stephanie Allen, a Christian Pastor with a Social Work background (MSW, MDiv).
Group size: 12 members, who commit to all six sessions. In order to build a safe and cohesive community, this will be a “closed-group” which means once a cycle begins, new registrants will be held until the beginning of the next cycle.
All are Welcome: While our leaders identify as Christian, Living Life is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of culture, ethnicity, age, gender, sexuality, or belief-system.

Cost : $90 for the 6 week series, $15 per session and due before the first session. A few partial scholarships will be available.
