Come and experience how simple but effective yoga techniques and postures can help quiet your mind and promote deep relaxation. These traditional, proven methods can also be practiced at home for lasting changes in your physical and mental wellbeing.

We'll do gentle yoga postures and longer periods of relaxation, following by pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and meditation. Come wearing loose, comfortable clothes, bringing a mat or blanket to lie on and a warm jumper and socks to wear during the relaxation.

Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis, the session will by led by Yoga in Daily Life certified yoga teacher Swami Sanjivani.

Please arrive on time - late arrivals won't be admitted once the deep relaxation has begun.

Our friends at International Vedanta Society London have generously allowed us to use their beautiful centre at Ground Floor, 55 Leroy Street, Elephant and Castle, London SE1 4SN for this series of events. The session is free, but donations towards venue running costs would be very much appreciated - there'll be a donation box and the opportunity for card payments.

For insurance purposes, you'll need to fill in a health questionnaire before being admitted to the session. This will be kept strictly confidential and your information won't be shared with anyone. You won't be added to any mailing lists unless you sign up for them on the day.
