You will be guided through calming meditation and light subconscious work designed to help settle the nervous system, reduce stress and mental overload, and support a clearer, more grounded state of mind. This experience is designed to help you feel more stable, internally supported, and better equipped to navigate everyday life with greater ease and perspective.
This is a gentle, community-based gathering. There is no pressure to share or have any prior meditation experience. You are welcome to simply arrive, relax, and experience it in a way that feels comfortable for you.
Setting & what to expect
This experience will be held in a quiet, comfortable room. We will be seated in chairs for the entire meditation.
Please dress comfortably and in layers if you tend to get cool.
