7 am: Meet at: Selkirk Cafe (2960 Jutland Rd), get ready, and get today's discussion topic.
7:15 am: Start Running
~7:45 am: End running, and change
8:00 am: Discuss around coffee, and mingle

Start your day with fun, light, meaningful conversations, and meet like-minded people! This is a great opportunity to either get closer to the word of God, or be exposed to it for the first time, around other young adults in a welcoming environment.

Bring a change of clothes, as there will be a place to store them during the run!
