Women's Group/Soul Forum

Hello! This group is listed on two other meetup sites, as well as my private practice email list. We will limit the group to 9 women total and the RSVP's here don't indicate the actual number of women attending! We hope you will join us and please contact me if you have any questions!

Group description:

Please join our women's group for a chance to check in with your Essence, re-lax, re-mind, re-orient to wellbeing, the body and the Bigger Something. Just by entering the set-aside space, you’ll be able to hear your own knowing better. And you’ll share in other souls’ knowing. Food for growth and self navigation. The circle will always include time for each of you to share whatever is moving through your system at the time. Based on the themes that have been shared in each meeting, I’ll offer guided explorations that nourish the themes you've all brought to the table that day.

I have many clients that talk about not really stopping to check in with themselves as they are swept along in the routines of life. I also hear so much about getting stuck in our own little stories – the “micro realities” in our heads that shut us off from the fullness of life.

Being in a group helps us to share themes, see that we are not alone, gain the resource of others’ experience AND it helps us lift our gaze to a bigger reality and step out of the repetitive trap of our thoughts.
