Quarterly planning doesn't have to mean overcommitment, endless refinement, and a plan that's outdated two weeks later.
Most teams already have the delivery history they'd need to plan differently. It just isn't what they plan with, so the same surprises come back every quarter.

In this session, Agniezska will share real experiences from the teams she has worked with, and how they used Flow Metrics and probabilistic forecasting to make quarterly planning more adaptive and more predictable.

What actually worked, what didn't, and what they learned along the way.
Come if you plan in quarters, PI increments, or any other fixed cadence, and you'd rather commit to something you can stand behind.
No prior forecasting knowledge needed
