When problems or conflicts arise in our life related to work, money, business, familial, romantic, and professional relationships, we can often find ourselves blaming other people and external situations for our problems. We can feel justified and righteous in our stance and convinced that everything outside of us needs to change and has nothing to do with us.

We can find ourselves in very familiar situations and repeating the same mistakes again and again while expecting different results and outcomes.
