Looking Glass Meditation & Chakra Healing with Ethan

I use images for each Chakra when I facilitate the guided meditation; for example, the image I use for Solar Plexus is a bonfire; it represents your personal power. During the mediation I will encourage the client to build up the fire, add fuel, breathe life into it, and finally sit within the flame to feel the empowerment."

Each class will will feature a different Chakra, and all of the meditation will be towards the healing of that Chakra.

I will also teach you a breathing technique for meditation, effective rituals to relax your mind and body, then personally guide you through the Chakra meditation, targeting each one, in turn, to release negative energy.

Subsequent classes will concentrate on the other 6 Chakras. We will meet 8 times, seven Chakras and a followup class. We meet every two weeks.

Dec. 1st - Crown Chakra

Dec. 15th Follow up meditation
