WOMEN'S CONNECTION CIRCLE
Important:
~This event is limited to 10 women and we have 4 already committed.
~Sending a donation/exchange for circle secures your spot.
You may send to my Venmo @Aubrey-Marlette.
Suggested donation is $15, but no one will be turned away from circle due to financial constraints. If you need to discuss, you can email at SerendipityLifeDesign@gmail.com
~Once you RSVP, a detailed message will be sent with locations and instructions. We will be meeting in Easttown area in Grand Rapids. I do not disclose the location prior for safety reasons.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
There is power in consistent community.
Come gather with a group of women where it is safe to be vulnerable, take off your mask, and share your authentic self.
Circle is for healing and meaningful connection.
We will:

Begin with breathwork and guided meditation to ground ourselves and let go of any energy of the day. We will connect, heart to heart, and create a field of light around us.

I will draw an inquiry card (question to focus on) or give a prompt or read a short meditation.

Everyone is given space to sit in silence and reflect on what thoughts, feelings and insights this brings up. You may jot notes in a journal if you would like.

Everyone is then invited back and given space to share. Sharing is always optional- you are able to "pass". When your share is complete, I will ask if you are open to feedback from the circle if relevant.
Circle is a powerful way to build new friendships and gather in consistent community. We are not a religious community, but deeply spiritual and welcome you wherever you are on your path.
