Energetic cords are energetic connections that can form between individuals.
These cords are not physical in nature but are believed to be energetic strands that connect people on an energetic level. They can form between family members, friends, romantic partners, colleagues, or even between individuals and places, objects, or situations.
They can be positive or negative in nature, depending on the quality of the connection and the energy exchanged.
We will be focusing on the negative cords that indicate unhealthy attachments, energetic drains, or unresolved emotions.
By creating an intention and a ritual we will be releasing or dissolving all unhealthy cords that no longer serve you.
This will allow for greater energetic autonomy, emotional freedom and healthier relationships moving forward with your life.

This workshop is for all level Reiki practitioners and anyone who might feel dragged down by someone or something in their lives that no longer are serving you to your best intentions.
Some examples are: Grief, sadness, sickness, anxiety, relationship gone bad, and so much more
We will be working with a partner, writing out our intentions, and cutting our cords using Shamanic practice and Reiki symbols.

Bring crystals, cord cutting knife or just a kitchen knife, and a rattle- we can share what we have.
