Chakra Meditation & Sound Bath

Clear and balance your chakras during this crystal bowl and gong meditation led by Sharon Wittmann. We will connect to each chakra, releasing any blocks and then affirming the power and strength that each chakra brings into our lives. The meditation begins at 7:30.
