Harmonic Defiance is the practice of shifting into solutions instead of focusing on problems, it's the art of standing steady in your own frequency.

In the Empower Your Path Workshop Series, you’re invited to explore these concepts and learn how to apply them in your everyday life. We’ll meet monthly to explore the relationship between thought, belief, language and lived experience. Each gathering focuses on a different teacher or framework that supports personal sovereignty and inner authority. We examine how subtle shifts in perception can create tangible change in daily life. Through discussion and practical application this workshop will outline how to develop awareness and inner guidance, and how to respond to life from alignment rather than conditioning.

This month, we’ll be focusing on author Florence Scovel Shinn's core insights — particularly from "The Game of Life and How to Play It”. We’ll examine how thought, language, and belief shape our lives and how becoming conscious of these patterns restores personal agency. You’ll learn foundational principles such as affirmations, intuition, and visualization and how to apply them through thoughtful discussion and simple exercises.

Whether you’re new to Florence Scovel Shinn or returning to her work with fresh eyes, this workshop sets the foundation for the deeper exploration to follow throughout the series — supporting you in strengthening inner guidance and making more conscious and intentional choices.

Meet Amber Noelle
Amber is an intuitive channel, a master certified hypnotherapist and a certified Reiki practitioner. Her spiritual journey was activated during her teen years while living in Athens, Greece through a series of out of body experiences. These experiences set her on a quest to gain a deeper understanding of who she is, of what consciousness is and, ultimately, how to harness the infinite knowledge available to us all. Since that time, she has continued through many years of mentorship and self-study and is passionate about helping others navigate their own awakening.
