This workshop is designed to help you access your inner voice through a simple yet powerful process - moving from the inner child, through the energy of a crystal, and into the wisdom of your Higher Self.

Join Tina of Destination Tarot and Jennie of Ascending Dawn Doula for a grounded, interactive experience where you’ll learn how to quiet the mind, trust what comes through, and begin receiving guidance in your own natural way.

During this 2-hour experience, we will explore:

• What automatic writing is (and what it’s not)
• Connecting with the inner child to open the channel
• Using crystal energy as a bridge and amplifier
• Expanding into Higher Self guidance and intuitive flow
• Techniques to quiet the mind and allow messages to come through
• How to practice this without meditation or hypnosis
• Tips, boundaries, and energetic hygiene for safe, clear connection
