Like Anime? Video Games? - Anime/Games Group

With the recent release of the Nintendo Switch 2, I feel it could be a nice idea to meet up and play some Mario Kart World together! Plan would be to meet up in Verulamium Park, St Albans. Maybe bring lunch too and we can get to know each other! If you don't have a Switch 2, you're still welcome as we can always play some local co-op for fun!

Would anyone be up for attending Hyper Japan 2025? It's a Japan centred convention focused on various aspects of the country. From food, music, anime and so much more.

It's also taking place on the Saturday and Sunday. If anyone prefers either of those days, we can see how many prefer that day instead.

The general plan would be to meet up at the Olympia station which is just outside the convention centre. From there we can head inside and enjoy our day there.

Same as last year, both EGX and London Comic Con are being held together at the same time. It's being held in Excel Centre, London from Friday 24th October to Sunday 26th October.

I've put the Friday for now but if enough people prefer Saturday or Sunday we can change this nearer the time.

We'd meet near the Tesco Express which is not too far from Excel centre and head to the event from there.
