Start your weekend with energy, joy, and calm! Join us at the LiLi Centre for Movement & Meditation, a revitalizing 90-minute session designed to uplift your body and mind.
We'll kick things off with 1 hour of Zumba with Nadine— a fun and dynamic dance workout that gets your heart pumping and your spirit soaring. No experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm and a smile!
After the workout, ease into 30 minutes of guided meditation with Anna to ground your energy and set a peaceful tone for the rest of your weekend. If the weather is kind, we'll take our meditation outdoors for a dose of fresh air and natural serenity.
