This monthly creative workshop series is for anyone who wants to make art in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These sessions are about expression, reflection, and enjoyment rather than skill level or perfect results.

Each workshop offers a guided creative experience that invites you to experiment with colour, shapes, textures, and ideas. Some sessions are calm and meditative, others playful and exploratory, but all are designed to help you reconnect with your creativity.
No artistic background is needed. Just curiosity and openness.

This month: Art day for the heart and soul
You are invited on a four-hour journey, a playful adventure through nature, your senses, and the landscapes of your own imagination.

Together, we will wander, explore, and rediscover the joy of creating as freely as we once did as children, when art was movement, curiosity, and pure expression. Bring your favourite scruffy old clothes (they may leave with beautiful evidence of the day), and prepare to let go of perfection and expectation.

Through gentle guidance, you will move, listen, feel, and respond, creating spontaneous designs on paper inspired by the rhythms of nature and the whispers of your inner world. These expressive creations will then transform into sculptural forms, giving shape to your discoveries.

This is not about what art should look like. It is about what art feels like.
Leave perfectionism at the door. Release the rules. Follow your curiosity.
Allow your senses to awaken, your hands to explore, and your heart to speak.

With warm support throughout the experience, you will reconnect with your inner child, uncover hidden creativity, and perhaps leave seeing the world, and yourself, with a little more wonder.
