Inspired by the classic Swiss dish "Fleischvögel," our Vögelfleisch presents a bold reimagining of flavors and textures. Tender chicken breast and delicate chicken mousse are expertly paired with mushroom and cabbage. Served with fragrant Japanese-style rice, the dish is brought together by a rich, savory miso sauce. This innovative creation seamlessly blends the best of Swiss and Asian cuisine, resulting in a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience.
