The Art of Nourishment with Natalia Agudelo, Holistic Nutritionist and Chef
What does it really mean to nourish yourself? We live in a world that has turned eating, resting, and caring for ourselves into something complicated, something to optimise, to get right, to feel guilty about. This workshop is an invitation to come back to something simpler, to remember that nourishment is not a wellness trend, it is a return to yourself.
In this intimate gathering, we will explore what pulls us away from ourselves and how the noise of wellness culture disconnects us from the most important source of information we have: our own body. Because what truly nourishes one person may not nourish another, and learning to tell the difference is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.
We open with music and gentle movement to arrive fully in the body. From there we move through reflection, conversation, and simple practices. And we close by sharing a nourishing lunch prepared with intention, as a living expression of everything we explored together.
You will leave with: • A deeper understanding of what nourishment truly means for you as an individual • Simple, tangible practices to bring more presence into your daily life • A printed workbook to continue your journey at home • A beautifully prepared nourishing lunch and a holistic drink to enjoy together
This workshop is for anyone who feels disconnected from their body, overwhelmed by wellness culture, or simply ready to slow down and come back to themselves. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

About Your Facilitator: Natalia is a holistic nutritionist and chef based in Luzern, originally from Cali, Colombia. Through her brand Aluna, she creates spaces where nourishment, nervous system health, and self-compassion come together in an embodied, real, and deeply human way.
