Creative Pause Series

This monthly creative workshop series is for anyone who wants to make art in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These sessions are about expression, reflection, and enjoyment rather than skill level or perfect results.

Each workshop offers a guided creative experience that invites you to experiment with color, shapes, textures, and ideas. Some sessions are calm and meditative, others playful and exploratory, but all are designed to help you reconnect with your creativity.
No artistic background is needed. Just curiosity and openness.
