This practice helps men break out of old conditioning, step into authenticity, and show up with integrity for themselves, their families, and their communities.
About your facilitator:
This space is held by Anna, healer, transformation coach, and founder of The Powerful Self. She has guided this work for years, blending ancient shamanic wisdom with modern spiritual psychology to support deep transformation. Anna is deeply committed to helping men live lives of long-term fulfillment, purpose, and peace. She is here to walk alongside you as you grow into your fullest, most grounded self.
