Moral Disagreement

What are the philosophical implications of moral disagreement and should (ought!) we care? Universal truths, relativism and everything in between- the floor is open
(by the way, if anyone has any ideas suggestions of a venue which isn’t sitting on the grass in the Municipal Gardens, please please let me know!)
