We are kicking off the fall with an absolutely can't miss night with 2 speakers that are truly incredible to be around.

1. David Krulac -- David has done just about every type of real estate transaction that you can imagine. His approach is to understand the problem at hand and create a solution that wins for everyone involved. He's created massive wealth from nothing with some amazing stories along the way, all here in Central Pennsylvania. He also has always self-managed his portfolio and has some amazing tips and tricks that are well worth hearing. Was on the BiggerPockets Podcast (episode #82!). He wrote the book "How I started from nothing and made $12M+ in real estate" -- which is sold worldwide and he has spoken at conferences across the country. He's the real deal, and as genuine a guy as you will ever meet.

2. Patrick Freeze -- Patrick is one of the most intriguing people in real estate you will meet, coming from Annapolis to talk at our meetup! He got his start actually from the World Series of Poker, making a living through winning Texas Hold 'em Tournaments! He moved from there to building a massive property management company across the Mid-Atlantic. He recently launched a very interesting hard-money lending company that specializes in working with investors that have either poor credit AND/OR little experience in real estate. While most lenders wants to see a massive track record, his hard money company is taking a very innovative approach.

This will be a night you will not want to miss, coming out of August in a strong way! The room will be packed. We will be at 800 New Holland Ave, Lancaster at the Hive building on the second floor. Get here early to get a seat and make sure you RSVP.
