Short Term Rental Pro Kicking Off 2022

Hello Group, and welcome to 2022!!!

I am very excited to bring in an expert on Short Term Rentals to kick the year off strong. Many of you have been asking for more knowledge on STRs and it’s a topic that comes up all the time in our FB group and whenever we gather.

Hey guys. My name is Landon Schlabach - husband to a wonderful lady named Kelsey, and father to two adorable boys - Bodhi and Kyler. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepreneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I also enjoy making things happen, which is why I love what I do!

I first started considering the short term rental industry back in 2018. My mind lit up with ideas when I noticed the growth and potential there. Currently I am helping homeowners from across the country manage their short term rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through BNBBreeze. At the moment, we are managing 50 properties across 6 different states. Most of which are in PA and FL.

The biggest short term rental benefit for homeowners is the ability to purchase a piece of real estate that they would otherwise not be able to own. I am working on building my own portfolio of short term rentals, which is just another confirmation for my homeowners how positively I view this industry and its future. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. With a creative mindset and a solid work ethic anything is possible!
