Our host, Coburn Sheppick founded LPC in 2020 to create a space for passive investors to network, learn, share insights, and discover opportunities. Coburn is the CEO and Founder of Dovetail Investment Group, a boutique private investment firm focused primarily on commercial real estate. He is also co-founder at Synchronest, a consulting for firm short-term rental operators. He has a successful track record in the real estate industry.
