Limitelessmove

Based in Lisbon, Limitelessmove is a project that aims to promote physical and mental well-being through dance therapy sessions and social dance classes.
Using movement, alternative ways of communication, theater and dance therapy techniques, we create playful and interactive experiences to explore our own body awareness, reconnect with the other, to anchor in the present moment as if movement was part of an active meditation.
Powered and curated by queer teachers and talents, our sessions are open to anyone : we believe that every body is a limitless source of possibilities, and that no experience is needed to reconnect with your inner child : so let’s have fun together !
