Welcome to one of the first weekly events of Limitless Mindset
This year we are training for a few 10K Runs and one of the Half Marathons in Europe at the end of the year.
Every 6 to 8 weeks we update our training sessions following my trainer Henk's advice.
For now, aiming to do 5K between 25 and 29 min each time.
Please confirm with me if you are joining 24 hrs before that way I can make sure to be at the meeting spot on time.
