🌍 Humanité Retrouvée – Meetups & Social Gatherings in Limoges
Welcome to the Humanité Retrouvée community!
We are a non-profit association based in the Limousin region of France. Our aim is to create a friendly and welcoming space where people from different backgrounds can meet, connect, share activities, and build meaningful relationships.
Our goal is to gradually develop a local community with an international outlook, based on the values of solidarity, respect, tolerance, simplicity, and sharing.
🤝 What Will We Do Together?
Depending on our members' interests, we hope to organize:
🍽️ Shared meals and friendly social gatherings
🎬 Movie nights and themed evenings
🎃 Seasonal events, such as Halloween celebrations
🌳 Walks, outdoor activities, and nature excursions
🌍 Intercultural gatherings and international exchanges
🇬🇧 French–English language exchanges and other languages
🎲 Games, music, and recreational activities
💬 Discussions and conversations about interesting topics
🤲 Volunteering opportunities and community projects
Some gatherings may take place in Limoges, while others could be organized in the surrounding areas or at our association's location in the countryside.
🌎 A Local Community Open to the World
We are particularly interested in bringing together French residents, expatriates, travelers, international students, and people living in the Limousin region.
You do not need to be a member of our association to attend our first gatherings.
The main idea is simply to get to know each other and discover what friendships, connections, and projects may naturally develop within our community.
You are welcome to come alone, bring a friend, or simply join an activity that interests you.
🌱 An Association with a Human Purpose
Humanité Retrouvée also aims to develop projects focused on solidarity, supporting people facing difficulties, and promoting a more sustainable lifestyle connected to nature.
However, this Meetup group is not exclusively intended for people experiencing difficulties. Above all, it is a place for meeting others, making friends, and building genuine human connections.
We believe that solidarity can begin with very simple things: meeting someone new, having a conversation, sharing a meal, discovering another culture, or simply enjoying a pleasant moment together.
