Belchford hike - 16km
Details
Hello everyone, it’s time for another hike in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. This time, we are heading to the lovely towns of Belchford and Tetford. It’s a 16km circular route, taking approx. 4-4.5 hours to complete, so it's not a simple walk! There will be a shorter route option where we can split into two groups if needed. The route can be accessed here but bear in mind we will be starting at Belchford instead of Farforth.
We will be starting and finishing the hike at the Bluebell Inn in Belchford, a pub famous for its cheese souffles! They have recently been taken on by new management and their website is down so there is no current menu available, but once I have booked a table I will ask them to send the menu.
Please let me know when you click attending whether you would be interested in staying for food after, so I can book a table.
As this is a longer hike, please make sure you dress accordingly and with good walking shoes.
Once you click attending, I will add you to a whatsapp group where we can arrange food, lift shares and further details.
Time: 9am (for 9.15am start)
Where: The Bluebell Inn, 1 Main Rd, Belchford, Horncastle LN9 6LQ
See you there!
Kat x
