Welcome to all who wish to enhance their lives and explore a variety of Osho active meditations.

Osho, an Indian master and professor, created active meditations for Westerners with complex lives who find it challenging to focus and quiet the mind. These meditations help release restless thoughts, allowing for deep meditation and inner peace. We will practice one of these meditations, plus listen to a short YouTube video of him discussing meditation.

This meditation will be held on February 2 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Santosha Yoga, 3587 Taylor Rd., Loomis, California. A yoga mat is optional.

Instructor: Dhyan Carolyn Radmanovich, a meditator for over 50 years.
