Welcome to a journey of self-discovery through meditation. Finding stillness can be a challenge for those of us with busy minds. Osho, a renowned mystic and professor, understood this struggle and developed dynamic meditations designed to quiet the mental chatter and cultivate inner peace.

Today, we'll experience Nadabrahma, an ancient Tibetan humming meditation. This powerful practice helps release the mind's restless energy, paving the way for a deeper, more profound meditative experience. We'll then move into a gentle sequence of hand movements designed to facilitate the flow of energy both within ourselves and outward. Finally, we'll settle into a period of silent meditation, allowing the vibrant energy we've cultivated to settle and integrate.
To conclude our session, we'll listen to a short video clip of Osho sharing his insights on meditation, which will offer further guidance and inspiration for your practice.

Instructor: Dhyan Carolyn Radmanovich, a meditator for over 50 years. An Osho Sannyasin since 2000.

This meditation will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Santosha Yoga, 3587 Taylor Rd., Loomis, California. A yoga mat is optional.
