Welcome to a journey of self-discovery through meditation. Finding stillness can be a challenge for those of us with busy minds. Osho, a renowned mystic and professor, understood this struggle and developed dynamic meditations to quiet the mental chatter and cultivate inner peace.
We’ll practice a variety of Osho Active Meditations, such as Nadabrahma, an ancient Tibetan humming meditation; Kundalini, which incorporates movement; Vipassana breathing, and awareness. These powerful practices help release the mind’s restless energy, paving the way for a deeper, more profound meditative experience.
To conclude our session, we’ll listen to a short video clip of Osho sharing his insights on meditation, which offers further guidance and inspiration for your practice.
Instructor: Dhyan Carolyn Radmanovich, a meditator with over 50 years of experience. An Osho Sannyasin since 2000.
Meditation will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m. at Santosha Yoga, 3587 Taylor Rd., Loomis, California. A yoga mat is optional. Please RSVP.
