When Should AI Stop and Hand the Work Back to a Human?
Details
Abstract:
We all want AI that moves fast. We also know some work should never run without a person signing off, especially when it touches money, customers, data, or compliance. This talk walks through a practical pattern called a Level-4 gate: the machine does the checking first, a named human still makes the call, and every decision leaves a trail the team can review later. We'll look at where automation should fail closed, where soft suggestions quietly get rubber-stamped, and how to tell the difference before it bites you. We will finish with a hands-on demo and practical advice you can implement immediately.
