What we’re about

Welcome everyone! This is a very informal and relaxed group that focuses on promoting wellbeing and supporting anyone who is struggling with their mental health, is going through a difficult time or is simply in need of a friendly chat or some fun activities!

This group will host both online and in-person based meetings (in the Lincoln area, United Kingdom), organising mental health sharing circles, mindful walks in nature, bike rides, social meet-ups at cafes, game nights, meditation and yoga meet-ups, writing for wellness, poetry evenings, comedy evenings, peer support circles, healing from trauma events, good news and gratitude based meetings and other fun activities and events that can help us feel more connected and less alone.

All online events in this group are completely free, since the intention behind it was to spread joy to others, not make a profit from it, however some in-person activities may still require a small fee to pay other organisations (e.g. gaming cafe for using their space and games).

If anybody who decides to join this group has any ideas of any wellbeing-promoting events that could be hosted in this group, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me - I am always very open to suggestions and more than willing to include any event ideas that are relevant to this group!

This is a very relaxed and non-judgmental group and absolutely everyone is welcome to join it, however no bullying will ever be tolerated, so please be respectful to all the people who attend these meetings and help me make this group into a safe space, where everyone feels welcome, listened to and included!
