LPRC’s 3rd Birthday Party

This is a special even to celebrate our 3 year anniversary as a club together. We are going to attempt what has been referred to as The Worlds Toughest Mile! 1st lap around the track is broad jump burpees, 2nd lap around is lunges, 3rd lap bear crawl and last and best lap is running!
