Carsington water. Lap around the reservoir. 8 miles

Join us in Derbyshire for a lap around Carsington water. The route is around 8 miles long. We will start from the visitors centre main car park and go clockwise round. The route is mostly flat but does undulate through the woodlands section. Cafe and toilet facilities are at the visitors centre. Option after if you want to make a day out of it, to visit Matlock Bath on the way home for fish & chips by the river Derwent. Car sharing advised. Around 1.5hrs drive from Lincoln. Not sure on car parking prices I’ll update in the comments section.
