Dales Day trip. Matlock - Lumsdale Falls - Riber Castle - Matlock Bath 8 miles

Join us for a lovely day out in the Derbyshire dales. Starting from Hall Leys Park in Matlock, (meet at the band stand) we head out the town to visit Lumsdale Falls, then past Riber Castle and descend into Matlock Bath. We will then have an hour and half lunch break in Matlock Bath, cafes, pubs, chippys on offer and arrange a meetup point. We then return to Matlock along the river Derwent and a short but quite steep climb up high Tor and back to Hall Heys park in Matlock. Toilets and facilities near the start and in Matlock Bath. It’s around an hour and 20 min drive from Lincoln. Please arrange car sharing with friends. Strictly 20 people max because it will be busy and I don’t want to lose anyone.
