A 5 and a little bit more mile walk around Lincoln

A medium graded walk due to climbing a steep hill.

Join me to burn off a couple of Christmas calories prior to putting them back on at New Year.
Meeting at the Grandstand on Carholme Road we'll set off once gathered, into Lincoln. Carefully by-passing the High Street and Sales, we'll head towards Monks Road and the Arboretum.
Next after a steep climb we head towards the Bail. Arriving in the Bail we search for a dog friendly public house and enjoy a festive tipple.
Once refreshed we will head towards the West Common, the Grandstand and our cars.
