Minting and Baumber Circular

This is an 8 mile circular walk, moderate grading.
The walk starts at the Sebastopol Inn, an old 16th century coaching inn, in the heart of the village of Minting and then takes us over well trodden farm tracks and fields to the village of Baumber where we will visit the Walled Garden Baumber, a 4 acre walled garden, full of hidden surprises and with free admission. We will stop for a short refreshment stop at The Potting Shed Tearooms before continuing on back to Minting, via woods, quiet lanes and farm tracks, passing the old benedictine priory.
I have booked a table for Sunday lunch at The Durham Ox in Thimbleby Laravel (dog friendly) as the Sebastopol is not serving food currently.
