Vicar water country park & Sherwood Forest, Clipstone 7 mile walk.

Join us in Clipstone for a walk around Vicar water country park and Sherwood Forest. Meeting at Rumbles cafe we will walk round the lake then head into the forest where we can stop for lunch and use the facilities at Sherwood Pines. We then use the rangers path to exit the forest and return to Vicar water round the other side of the lake and finish back at the cafe. The site has the old mine shaft buildings which are now a museum. Car park is donations, and not that big so please try and car share, Dogs ok on a short lead. Please be aware of mountain bikers in Sherwood pines. Subs £1 please. Thanks 👍🏼
