💵 4. Pay Before the Game: Payment will be collected before the start of the game. You can pay by Cash or Zelle.

⚠️ Important: By signing up, you are committing to play. If you can no longer attend, please cancel before the posted cancellation deadline. No-shows or late cancellations are still responsible for the game fee.

📝 Facility Waiver Requirement:
Some facilities require a separate, physical waiver form to be signed on-site before playing.
If required, you must sign the facility’s waiver before participation.

Soccer involves an inherent risk of injury. All players participate voluntarily and at their own risk. We do not provide medical or accident insurance for participants.
By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the organizers are not responsible for injuries sustained during the game
