🌍 LingoMix Cincy – International Language & Social Mixer 🌍
170+ people joined our first LingoMix event, and we're just getting started.
LingoMix is a recurring, in-person international mixer bringing together students, professionals, and Cincinnati’s global community.
Come practice languages in a relaxed, social setting. This is not a class, lecture, or structured language exchange. It’s casual conversation, meeting new people, and jumping between languages as you like.
How it works:
- Free, open, drop-in social event
- No speakers, no presentations, no programming
- Wear flag stickers showing the languages you speak or want to practice, arranged from strongest to weakest
- Standing = open to conversation. Sitting = taking a break.
- Move freely, join conversations, meet new people
- Practice with people of all language levels, from beginner to fluent
- No registration or language partner required — just show up and start talking
LingoMix is designed to make it easy to meet people you wouldn't normally cross paths with. Whether you're practicing a new language, maintaining one you already speak, or simply interested in meeting people from different backgrounds, come stand, mingle, and see where the conversation takes you.
