Join Linguallama Academy on Zoom for friendly, small-group conversations with people who enjoy sharing their languages and cultures. Practice what you’ve been learning, ask questions, and offer a little help in a language you know.
💬 What happens at Language Fest?
• Practice in breakout rooms: Join conversations based on the languages participants want to practice and share.
• Ask about real expressions: “How would you say this?” “Does that sound natural?” Bring your questions—and examples!
• Work on pronunciation: When native speakers are available, ask for help with tricky sounds, word stress, and everyday phrases.
• Help each other: No native speaker in your room? Learners at different levels can still exchange ideas, share vocabulary, and practice together.
• Get to know the community: Talk about daily life, music, food, traditions, and the little cultural details you won’t always find in a textbook.
The languages available depend on who joins each session. Come ready to practice your target language and help someone with yours. All proficiency levels are welcome—you don’t need perfect grammar to start a conversation!
