What we’re about

Most job searches fail long before the interview stage. Not because people lack skills, but because their approach is scattered, passive, or stuck in “apply and wait” mode.

This group is for people who want to treat LinkedIn as an active job-finding system, not just an online CV.

We meet every two weeks to share what we’ve actually done to move our job search forward—what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ll test next. This is a working group built around strategy, accountability, and real-world results.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON

  • Positioning your LinkedIn profile so recruiters understand your value fast
  • Outreach and networking that leads to conversations, not ignored messages
  • Tightening your work story so it supports the roles you want
  • Smarter applications that fit into a broader LinkedIn strategy
  • Learning from each other’s experiments instead of repeating the same mistakes

HOW THE MEETUPS WORK

Each session follows a simple structure:

  • Short introductions and current goals
  • One focused topic or tactic to explore together
  • Small-group discussions to compare and troubleshoot strategies
  • A clear next action to test before the next meetup

You don’t need to be “perfectly prepared.” You just need to be actively trying.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Job seekers targeting English-language roles
  • People interested in remote or international opportunities
  • Locals and foreigners living in Belgrade
  • Anyone tired of sending applications and getting no response

This is not a lecture series or a motivational circle. It’s a place to build a smarter job search by doing the work together.

If you’re willing to test ideas, share progress, and show up every two weeks ready to improve your approach, you’ll fit right in.
