We're kicking off the new TechTalks year 2024 with a fresh start. This time, the Landshut-based company HiveMQ will take the lead with the topic MQTT & Unified Namespace (UNS) Architecture. Kudzai will guide us through this exciting subject on that evening. We are looking forward to having you with us.
We will start at 6 PM with Riesenbrezel for all and drinks provided by HiveMQ on this evening (for which we are very grateful). At 7 PM, we will begin with the first part.

Lecture 1:
In the first lecture, Kudzai Manditereza will give an overview of MQTT, the de facto communication standard for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. MQTT, is a messaging protocol originally designed for communication in constrained networks with limited bandwidth and compute resources, but has since gained widespread adoption in enterprise systems where real-time data communication is necessary.

Lecture 2:
In the second lecture, Kudzai will introduce the Unified Namespace (UNS) architectural approach for building Industrial IoT (IIoT) Solutions using MQTT as the data exchange framework. UNS is a decentralized IIoT data architecture that draws heavily from contemporary IT data architecture practices, such as the Data Mesh concept and Domain-Driven Design.

Kudzai Manditereza is a Developer Advocate at HiveMQ. He is an IIoT, Industry4.0 evangelist recently named one of the top 15 global influential persons talking about Industry4.0. He is also the Founder of Industry40.tv an online media and educational platform for Industry4.0.
