In the first session, we'll showcase a client use case, diving into common difficulties encountered with Flink and Kafka. The second session will center on audience-driven discussions about observability and troubleshooting in distributed systems. We'll share practical insights on identifying issues across infrastructure, networking, clusters, and applications, while discussing how to build scalable systems without adding overwhelming operational overhead. Bring your questions and experiences—this is a conversation you won't want to miss!

Bios:
Ricardo Cordeiro is a Professional Data Engineer at Marionete, Software and Database Developer with nearly four years of experience, now working in Data Platforms and Data Engineering. Focused on Kafka and Flink, designing real-time data processing solutions and optimizing data workflows for scalability and performance.

Bruno Costa is a Senior DevSecOps at Marionete, working in FinTech and Insurance, with experience in developing automation pipelines to streamline deployments, improve scalability, and minimize operational overhead. Skilled in driving the integration of cloud-native technologies, GitOps methodologies and CI/CD best practices to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
