Donate for life: Blood drive in Oeiras

Oeiras Valley is running a mobile blood drive this month - let's donate together!

The only requirements for donors are as follows:

• Weigh more than 50kg
• Come well-hydrated
• Bring your ID

Please make sure to drink plenty of water in the two days leading up to donation so that everything flows smoothly.

As it's important to keep our blood sugar stable and be well-hydrated for donation, we will meet at the kiosk SEMEAR no Jardim (a wonderful project by the SEMEAR foundation that promotes inclusion and sustainability) to grab a light snack and chat before we donate.

If your plans change, please update your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
