Nay is a singer and composer who released her debut album last year. Born in Brazil, she studied jazz vocals in Ireland, toured the UK and the US, and is now building her musical career in Lisbon.

This Friday, Nay will perform with her trio (vocals, flute/violin, piano, and percussion). The program includes original songs and hits by jazz legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Rosa Passos, Elis Regina, and more.

Band leader percussionist Guto Krasinski is one of the few masterful players of the Irish folk instrument, the washboard, which has become a symbol of New Orleans jazz.
