☀️ Bachata into Zouk - Head Movement Intensive Course ☀️

What is Zouk?
Zouk is a French word that means “Party”. Brazilian Zouk is a Latin dance which began in Brazil during the early 1990s. It originated from a Brazilian dance called Lambada with influences from other Brazilian dances.

What will this intensive course include?
Each class will be 90 minutes long and will include detailed body conditioning; bringing full awareness of the body and how the biomechanics work in relation to head movements in Zouk. We will build our technique from the feet up, to the shoulder-chest-line, to comfortably lead and follow beautiful head movements.

The course will be progressive from week one, and is open to all levels of partner dancers; in particular beautiful bachata dancers who want to dive in deep with head motion technique.
